Ferrovial Construction's Webber unit in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Permit Coordinator to oversee the permit processing program, track applications and ensure regulatory compliance for infrastructure projects. You will conduct site visits, review plans, coordinate with the DOT and utilities, and prepare monthly status reports for the Project Manager.

Proficiency with SAP and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction permits.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and standards.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain the Webber TI Permit Processing Program.
• Processing of utility, driveway, drainage, and other permits and required paperwork.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure conformance with regulations and specifications.
• Coordinate with DOT, utilities and the public to resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly permit status reports for the Project Manager.
• Enter data into SAP and manage work orders; track permit timelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce cost and time.
