Job summary

Ferrovial, through its Webber TI unit, seeks a Permit Processing Specialist to oversee permit coordination, reviews, tracking and compliance for roadway and utility projects. You will manage applications, attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate with state DOT and local agencies.

You will develop and maintain the permit processing program, perform field inspections, handle paperwork for permits, manage status reports to the Project Manager, and enter data into SAP.

Qualifications

• Develop, implement and maintain the Webber TI Permit Processing Program.
• Processing of utility, driveway, drainage, and other permits and paperwork.
• Field inspections of permits during and after construction to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Present monthly permit status reports to the Project Manager.
• Enter data into SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Webber TI Permit Processing Program.

• Coordinate with DOT and utility engineers; act as company representative on policy matters.
