Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a dynamic Permit Coordinator to join our team. You will drive permit coordination, review and track applications, and support engineering plans and inspections.

The role requires organizing pre-construction activities, coordinating with DOT and utilities, and reporting progress to the Project Manager. Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 3+ years in the field, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in related industry.
• Clean, valid driver’s license; DOT certifications preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• DOT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive permit coordination including processing reviews and tracking.
• Facilitate permit applications and engineering plans for projects.
• Schedule site visits, inspections, and closeouts; attend pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate with DOT, utilities, and maintenance of traffic for permits.
• Present monthly permit status reports to the Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain the Webber Permit Processing Program in a safe, accurate way.
• Identify opportunities for changes and improvements in work methods, efficiency, and cost reduction.
