Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Clean, valid Driver's License, Class E required.
• FDOT CTQP Certificates preferred.
• DOT Certifications preferred.
• Experience in related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for permit coordination, review, tracking and compliance monitoring.
• Facilitate engineering plans and site visits for proposed projects.
• Attend pre-construction meetings.
• Field inspections of permits and conformance with regulations.
• Coordinate with DOT, utilities, and the public to resolve issues.
• Review plans for roadway and right-of-way encroachment with regulatory interpretation.
