Job summary

Ferrovial, with its Webber subsidiary, seeks a field-permit coordination professional to oversee permit coordination, review, tracking and compliance monitoring for major infrastructure projects. The role includes facilitating engineering plans, site visits, and inspections, coordinating with DOT and utility companies, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with DOT, utilities and contractors.
• Willingness to lead a team and ensure safety compliance on field projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee permit coordination, review, tracking and compliance monitoring for projects.
• Conduct field inspections of permits during and after construction to ensure regulatory conformance.
• Coordinate with DOT, utility companies and the public to resolve issues.
• Review plans for maintenance of traffic, utility conflicts and erosion control.
• Maintain timely work reporting and timesheets; manage subcontractors and field teams.
