Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial Construction subsidiary, is seeking a dynamic Permit Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage permit coordination, reviews, tracking, and compliance across major infrastructure projects, collaborating with DOT, utilities, and the public.

You will facilitate permit applications, engineering plans, site visits, inspections, and project closeout, while presenting monthly status reports to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related industry.
• Driver’s license, clean and valid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permit processing, review, tracking and compliance monitoring.
• Facilitate permit applications and engineering plans; attend pre-construction meetings.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and permit closeout activities.
• Serve as liaison with DOT, utilities, and the public to resolve permit issues.
• Present monthly permit status reports to the Project Manager.
• Schedule and coordinate work; assist with roadway characteristics and inventory.
• Evaluate approaches for bringing assets into contract compliance.
• Ensure timely readiness of work every day.
