Job summary

Ferrovial Construction’s Webber TI unit seeks a Permit Coordinator to manage and oversee permit processing across utility, driveway, drainage and road-closure projects. You will conduct field inspections, review plans, and liaise with DOT and utility stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely permits.

You will also generate monthly status reports, coordinate with contractors, and maintain accurate permit documentation within project systems.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating permit processes across utility, driveway, drainage and road closure permits.
• Familiarity with state DOT regulations and erosion control considerations.
• Ability to communicate with public, DOT officials, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Webber TI Permit Processing Program.
• Process utility, driveway, special use, drainage, house moving, road closure and landscaping permits.
• Conduct field inspections to verify conformance with regulations and specifications.
• Coordinate and resolve issues between Webber TI, the public, utility companies and the DOT.
• Review plans for maintenance of traffic, utility conflicts and erosion control.
• Prepare monthly permit status reports for the Project Manager.
• Enter data into SAP and assist with project documentation.
