Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing projects.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience managing Infrastructure Operations including NOC/SOC, Data Center Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and maintain designated service delivery infrastructure (network, storage, server, virtualization, OS, middleware, apps).
• Lead planning, execution, and operation of infrastructure projects with focus on process improvement, reporting, and security services.
• Ensure reliable operation of systems with maximum production availability per SLAs.
• Identify, report, and resolve system, file, disk, and app problems; escalate as needed.
• Manage budgets and procurement for HW/SW, licenses, maintenance, and services; monitor expirations.
