Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or infrastructure environments.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN concepts.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on work with servers, switches and data-centre hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support across Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, switches, networking equipment, and physical infrastructure.
• Carry out hands-on data-centre work including racking, stacking, hardware replacements, and cabling.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and network infrastructure issues.
• Support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on larger infrastructure projects.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow established processes.
