Job summary

Motive Workforce in New Kensington, PA, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join a multi-site advanced manufacturing environment. You will serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex IT issues, lead migrations, upgrades, and modernization projects from design through handoff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex hardware, software, endpoint, identity, and infrastructure issues.
• Lead system migrations, upgrades, and modernization projects from design through operational handoff.
• Design and support hybrid environments across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, VMware, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, identity governance, and least-privilege access controls.
• Support Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Windows 10/11 endpoints and Windows Server environments through Server 2022.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, virtualization, and hybrid identity.
• Design and support firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, wireless APs, and Fortinet equipment.
• Support cloud and collaboration migrations, including tenant-to-tenant and post-acquisition integrations.
• Implement automation and scripting to improve reliability and reduce manual work.
• Create SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and technical documentation.
• Mentor IT team members and provide clear technical guidance across the organization.
