We’re seeking a Technology Services Engineer with strong technical expertise and excellent client management skills to serve as the primary technical liaison for key accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical delivery for assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Manage major technical issues, security incidents, and end-to-end IT projects.
• Deploy and support servers, networks, cybersecurity solutions, and Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex escalations and guide technicians on ticket priorities.
• Develop client technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation (ConnectWise) and mentor junior engineers.

What You’ll Bring
