Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the Enterprise Technology - Network Services Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer III to apply strong knowledge of software, applications, and infrastructure engineering across multiple applications.

You will focus on data and systems at scale, use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring and capacity analysis, validate outputs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resiliency and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical infrastructure engineering experience.
• 2+ years of network operations experience.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, fabric switching, and security practices.
• Proficiency in Python and Ansible.
• Experience with AI-enabled infrastructure workflows and validation.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope, improving data and systems at scale with end-to-end monitoring.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring and capacity analysis, validating outputs.
• Resolve issues and determine escalation paths.
• Tackle technical problems with conventional approaches, considering related data and systems.
• Support daily capacity processes and governance of remediation statuses.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to identify capacity risks.
• Make significant decisions for multi-technology projects.
• Apply AI-assisted, reusable approaches to remediation workflows.
