Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Proficient in one or more infrastructure disciplines (hardware, networking terminology, storage, deployment, automation, resilience).
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support infrastructure workflows with validation.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple clouds; ability to operate in public and private clouds.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope, ensuring end-to-end monitoring of infrastructure and applications.
• Uses AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation, validating outputs.
• Resolves issues and escalates when necessary; guides remediation for capacity risks.
• Works with application and infrastructure teams to identify and mitigate capacity risks.
• Drives daily activities supporting capacity process applications; ensures resiliency and security expectations.
