You will ensure drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and turnover records are properly controlled and accessible to project teams across large infrastructure and data center projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in document control or construction administration.
• Experience with engineering drawings, submittals, RFIs, and turnover documentation.
• Knowledge of document control standards and project information management best practices.
• Proficiency with document management and project collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control across large infrastructure projects.
• Maintain project document management systems with current versions for stakeholders.
• Coordinate review, distribution, tracking, and archival of drawings, specs, submittals, contracts, and deliverables.
• Support compliance with document control requirements and customer expectations.
• Track document status, approvals, revisions, and workflows to ensure timely execution.
• Assist turnover activities by organizing as-built docs and manuals.
