Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of construction management principles and industry best practices.
• Experience with multiple delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CMAR, GC/CM).
• Proficiency in project controls, cost management, scheduling, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Review objectives, schedules, budgets, contracts, and technical requirements for alignment with goals.
• Develop and implement construction management plans, phasing strategies, and execution approaches.
