Job summary

Arora Engineers LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure, aviation, and facility development initiatives from initiation to closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills to deliver projects in active operational environments and align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management or related infrastructure sectors.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Experience with public-sector projects and alternative delivery methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare dashboards and executive-level project reports.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, regulations, and standards.
