Job summary

Arora Engineers LLC seeks a Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts across infrastructure, aviation, transportation, facilities, and capital improvement projects in the Los Angeles area.

You will lead contract strategy, procurement support, and commercial risk management, ensuring compliance with regulations and client policies while protecting organizational interests.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract management principles and procurement practices.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CMAR, and GC/CM.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract management strategies aligned with project goals.
• Advise project teams on contractual requirements, obligations, rights and risks.
• Manage contracts through lifecycle from award to closeout and monitor compliance.
• Review amendments, task orders, and changes; support negotiations.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project stakeholders on commercial issues.
