Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies seeks a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to closeout, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will guide estimating, scheduling, design coordination, safety, and on-site meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while upholding our values of integrity and excellence. This role offers growth and exposure to full lifecycle industrial builds.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds.
• Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead project facets from start to finish including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposal development.
• Deliver accurate, impactful estimates for project baselines.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings to refine scope and offer value-driven insights.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout for cost-effective partnerships.
• Coordinate bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams and keep progress on track.
