Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is hiring Project Managers to lead construction projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiations, and the buyout of subcontractors, while coordinating with owners and the design team to develop concepts.

We value the ability to deliver accurate estimates, drive value engineering, and run site meetings every two weeks.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience, open to experience level.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion with budgeting and scheduling.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and oversee buyout of subs.
• Lead biweekly job-site meetings and coordinate with owners and design teams.
• Ensure accurate estimates and drive value engineering to reduce costs.
• Maintain project quality and integrity under tight deadlines.
