Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will oversee estimating, contracts, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement, while coordinating with owners and the design team to develop concepts and value engineering ideas. Strong PM software skills and a construction management background are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5+ years of project management experience.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee estimating, contract negotiations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
• Coordinate with owners and design team on preliminary concepts and scopes.
• Attend and contribute to owner meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Manage subcontractor buyout and site meetings; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
