Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Tech Infra Program Manager, Infrastructure Capacity Management, to own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale—from customer demand signaling through manufacturing, shipping, and site landing. You will influence whether capacity arrives when customers need it, with high visibility and autonomy.

You will lead cross-functional teams across procurement, manufacturing, logistics and deployment, driving improvements and delivering clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery across network rack demand streams from order to site installation.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders, surfacing issues early.
• Manage dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction and deployment.
• Create dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, and SOPs to make delivery health visible.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.
• Collaborate with automation and data teams to scale delivery insights via tooling.
