Job summary

Mastery Logistics Systems is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge infrastructure initiatives with actionable work. You will own story mapping, refine backlog, and translate complex requirements into Jira workflows while collaborating across app dev teams to keep delivery on track.

You’ll help triage defects, shape the roadmap, and ensure teams stay aligned on what needs to happen and when. A detail-oriented, collaborative problem solver will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the business analysis discipline.
• Experience writing user stories in support of Agile software development.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and tools such as Jira and GitHub.
• Process flow analysis experience while synthesizing architecture and design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into execution by turning requirements into Jira Initiatives, Epics and Stories.
• Facilitate backlog refinement ceremonies and story mapping to drive alignment.
• Prioritize backlog according to team roadmap and priorities.
• Act as liaison between engineering teams to keep cross-team projects on schedule.
• Identify and remove impediments to team productivity, including cross-team coordination.
• Triage and investigate defects when needed.
• Shape the roadmap with analysis and recommendations; build domain SME depth.
