Job summary

Mastery Logistics Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge infrastructure initiatives with actionable delivery. You will own story mapping, refine backlogs, and collaborate across app dev teams to keep work moving on time. The role focuses on translating requirements into executable plans and ensuring cross-team alignment.

You will facilitate ceremonies, triage defects, and help shape the roadmap with domain SME insight, enabling clear, prioritized delivery across programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the business analysis discipline.
• Demonstrated experience writing user stories in support of Agile software development.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and tools such as Jira and GitHub.
• Process Flow Analysis experience while synthesizing architecture and design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into execution by converting business requirements into Jira Initiatives, Epics, and Stories.
• Facilitate backlog refinement ceremonies and story mapping sessions to drive alignment and ensure work is ready for development.
• Prioritize backlog based on roadmap and priorities to maintain flow of work.
• Act as liaison between engineering teams to keep cross-team projects on schedule and remove impediments.
• Triage and investigate defects when needed and provide actionable recommendations.
• Shape the roadmap by analyzing complex ideas and building meaningful recommendations for future work.
