Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the collection and management of mission user needs, from prioritization to user stories, to support development and deployment. You will collaborate with the product owner and users to define operational objectives and ensure the user perspective is considered.

You will document business rules, workflows, and acceptance criteria, condense complex processes into actionable user stories, and help maintain a roadmap with IT and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with technology projects.
• 3+ years of experience in a business or requirements analyst role.
• Experience documenting requirements.
• Experience creating user-friendly support materials and executive briefing materials.
• Experience with requirements management tools, including Jira or TFS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.
