Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Understanding business processes and how technology supports them.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar.
• Ability to collaborate with various business users and technical team members.
• Ability to learn business processes and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information on current processes and needs.
• Document workflows, procedures, and requested changes clearly and accurately.
• Translate business requests into structured requirements for IT.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes.
• Support communication between business and IT to ensure clarity.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and track requirements and action items.
• Review work to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Maintain and update documentation as systems evolve.
• Learn business processes and systems quickly.
• Other duties as assigned.
