Job summary

Narmi is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineering Leader to guide a small team, scale our AWS-based platform, and own cloud networking. You will shape the team roadmap, hire and mentor engineers, and partner with product and engineering to support rapid growth across environments.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in Infra/DevOps, strong Python/Bash skills, and a security-first mindset. The role emphasizes collaboration, architecture design, and delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Infra/DevOps/SRE or related roles.
• Experience leading or managing engineers.
• Designing large scale system architectures.
• Strong understanding of networking in AWS.
• Security-focused approach to infrastructure.
• Proficient in Python and Bash scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Track record of building high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of infrastructure engineers, including hiring and talent development.
• Set technical direction and roadmap priorities in partnership with engineering leadership.
• Plan, design, implement and iterate on AWS infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve cloud networking architecture.
• Collaborate with business and other engineering teams to support new customers and integrations.
• Mentor team members and provide regular feedback.
• Review code and drive testing practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
