Job summary

Miro is seeking a Senior Network Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen reliability, availability, and scalability of our production environment on AWS. You will own infrastructure-as-code workflows, drive CI/CD for deployments, and implement automation and observability across our cloud resources.

Bring 8+ years in infrastructure, strong networking, Terraform expertise, and a passion for high-availability systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, reliability, networking, or software engineering.
• 6+ years in an SRE, DevOps, Network, or equivalent role.
• Hands-on AWS infrastructure experience (EC2, VPC, ALB, S3, Route 53, CloudFront).
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, BGP, IPv6; AWS Cloud WAN experience.
• IaC experience, especially Terraform.
• DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and incident response.
• Strong Linux skills and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Improve operating practices for AWS infrastructure.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines and automate IaC deployment.
• Implement automation and observability across infrastructure resources.
• Contribute ideas to improve the infrastructure stack and implement them.
• Participate in on-call rotations to resolve production incidents.
• Maintain and develop Terraform-based IaC components.
• Build and optimize Amazon Load Balancers for high availability.
• Configure and optimize CloudFront distributions to accelerate delivery.
