Cengage Group is seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure initiatives from planning through operations. You will coordinate engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, identity, endpoint, and vendor teams, starting with a major endpoint migration project.

This role demands 8+ years in technology program management, strong planning and governance, and a proven ability to drive multiple workstreams with vendors.

Competenze

• 8+ years of technology program management experience with significant infrastructure delivery.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise infrastructure implementations, migrations, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure dependencies across networking, cloud, identity, cybersecurity, applications, and endpoint technologies.
• Strong project planning, RAID management, dependency management, governance, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple technical workstreams and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Experience managing vendors, systems integrators, or managed service providers.

• Lead infrastructure projects across planning, design, implementation, migration, stabilization, and closure.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths, resources, and dependencies.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors to drive delivery and resolve blockers.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives across endpoint, cloud, networking, identity, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.
