RTX seeks a Software Infrastructure Engineer in Marlborough, MA to provide OS framework and cross-platform software integration for SPY-6 FoR. Role encompasses OS configuration, network device setup, and field deployment within a Layer3 network.

The position emphasizes DevSecOps, automation, and CI/CD with strong Linux administration and scripting in Python/Perl/Bash; existing DoD secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with scripting languages (Perl, Python, Bash).
• Experience with ClearCase, Git or other CM tools.
• Experience with Linux OS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install Operating Systems (RHEL).
• Configure and install network devices and switches.
• Support DevSecOps pipeline and CI/test automation.
• Debug and resolve stability issues in software baselines.
• Perform integration and testing of real-time embedded software on Linux.
