RTX is seeking a Software Integration Engineer in Tewksbury, MA to join the Dual Band Radar Software Integration Team. We integrate software in C++, C, and Java, perform software testing and verification, data analysis, and tooling development, with travel to support our Navy customer. Typical qualifications include STEM degree and 5+ years of experience, proficiency in C/C++/Java and Linux/Unix, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Interim Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with C, C++, or Java development and Linux/Unix.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Interim Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and configure software builds with the radar system IBM P9 Integration.
• Travel to perform software installs and provide radar operation support.
• Integrate and test application software and tools on the AIX/UNIX operating system.
