Job summary
RTX in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Software Infrastructure Engineer to join the SPY-6 FoR Infrastructure Development/Integration Team. You will help provide the OS framework, configure Red Hat Linux and related network devices, and support CI/CD and automation.
The role is onsite with some travel; you will work on real-time software, test and verification, and tooling infrastructure, collaborating with engineers across levels. A STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are expected.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with scripting languages (Perl, Python, Bash).
- Experience with Linux operating systems and configuration management tools.
Responsibilities
- Configure and install Red Hat Linux OS and network devices.
- Support and improve the DevSecOps pipeline and automation.
- Perform integration and testing of real-time software and tools on Linux.
