Job summary

RTX, a Collins Aerospace company, is seeking a Systems Engineer for its Mission Systems team in Marlborough, MA. Onsite role requiring the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

You will develop, integrate, and validate ground/airborne communications systems and support trials, lab activities, and system interfaces. The position emphasizes lifecycle solution development, system integration, and requirements allocation, with opportunities for relocation assistance and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Strong integration and test experience including test procedure development, test execution, test reporting, and test automation.
• Proficient with Microsoft products and tasking boards like Jira/IBM EWM.
• Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation.
• Support lab activities including definition, setup, configuration management, and testing.
• Integrate solutions within their target environment.
• Execute Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing.
• Document minor changes in systems or processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.
• Communicate with team members within and outside of team.
• Analyze and document system behaviors.
• Support system trade studies, requirements analysis, and allocation to subsystems.
• Define Hardware and Software Interfaces.
