Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ work experience, or equivalent
• Experience as a product owner or similar role with backlog management and prioritization in Agile
• Hands-on familiarity with automation or workflow tools such as SOAR, ServiceNow, Power Automate, scripting or APIs
• Ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly

Responsibilities

• Partner with security leaders to spot and prioritize high-impact automation and AI opportunities
• Teach and coach teams on AI and automation through workshops, demos, and hands-on support
• Connect teams and share best practices to avoid duplicated effort
• Guide the Security Automation backlog and work with engineers to deliver reusable solutions
• Measure and share results like time saved, risk reduced, and teams enabled
