Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science, technology, engineering, or a math-related field) and 3+ years' work experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a product owner or in a similar role, including managing a backlog and setting priorities in an Agile environment is required.
• Hands-on familiarity with automation or workflow tools (e.g., SOAR, ServiceNow, Power Automate, scripting/APIs).
• A natural ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to make technical topics approachable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with security leaders and teams to spot and prioritize high-impact automation and AI opportunities.
• Teach and coach team members on AI and automation through workshops, demos, and hands-on support.
• Connect teams and share what works so good ideas spread and effort isn't duplicated.
• Guide the Security Automation team backlog and work with engineers to deliver solutions that can be reused.
• Measure and share results, including time saved, risk reduced, and teams enabled.
