• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years leading data engineering, analytics, software engineering, automation, or related technical capabilities in a complex enterprise.
• Formal people leadership experience with coaching and talent development.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, data governance, analytics, SQL, and Python.
• Experience translating cybersecurity, risk, compliance, controls into scalable tech solutions including AI-enabled automation.
• Proven success in technology modernization while maintaining critical operational services.
• Strategic planning and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multi-year cyber GRC technology strategy and roadmap.
• Modernize GRC tech and platforms (ServiceNow IRM, Snowflake, MS tech, Power BI).
• Build trusted data, cybersecurity analytics, and risk intelligence capabilities.
• Advance AI, intelligent automation, and continuous controls monitoring.
• Establish modern engineering and data practices for secure, reusable solutions.
• Influence technology strategy across GRC, InfoSec, Tech, Data, Audit, Compliance.
• Develop talent and leadership across data engineering, AI, automation, analytics, and GRC platforms.
