You’ll work with experienced engineers and product owners to turn AI tech into practical, secure solutions that speed up work and reduce risk. You’ll build AI-powered automations, mentor coding agents, connect systems via APIs and cloud services, and help decide what to scale.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree (CS/tech/math preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of software development, automation, technology, or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS (GCP or Azure welcome).
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with agentic software development workflows.
• A solid grasp of programming fundamentals and APIs.
• Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to explain ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered automations, agents, and tools that remove manual work and reduce risk.
• Direct AI coding agents to create applications and integrations, and review what they build.
• Connect enterprise systems using APIs and cloud services.
• Experiment with new AI capabilities and help decide what’s worth scaling.
• Partner with business and technology teams to spot problems worth solving.
