The Role:

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the go-to Engineer for their internal IT infrastructure. You'll manage daily tech operations, integrate tools, troubleshoot systems, and help ensure a secure, productive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and maintain desktops, systems, software, and AV rooms
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues internally
• Implement and manage their ticketing system
• Work within a Microsoft environment - Office365, Windows Servers, Azure AD
• Manage Active Directory, SSO and phone systems
• Deliver excellent customer service to end users
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth tech operations

What You Need:

• Experience with IT support or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of system administration, network tools, and modern IT practices
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
