Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Position

Human Resources Professional | Talent Management & Practice Management Specialist | Training and Development | Performance Management | Employee Relations

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for virtual desktops, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Prioritize requests, follow up with users, and escalate calls to higher support levels when necessary.
• Open trouble tickets with vendors.
• Maintain office hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, and AV equipment.
• Create SharePoint links for file shares.
• Support and maintain iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
• Produce documentation and conduct training on mobile devices and remote access.

Support for PC/Laptop

• Maintain and reimage standard PC and laptop images as needed.
• Coordinate with litigation support for installation and imaging of "trial laptops".
• Manage repairs, including shipping laptops or parts.
• Assist with portable encrypted media.

Training

• Train end-users on various applications.
