The ITS-Mid shall possess an active and transferable U.S. TOP-SECRET (with SSBI). This position supports the Service Desk [duty hours 9:00am-6:00pm] and reports to the Service Desk Administrator. The position can execute all tier 1 service desk tasks plus the following additional duties:
