We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist II to primarily support our contingent, based on award, upcoming program. Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities:

• This Information Technology Specialist position works under supervision and guidance to perform assignments that support all aspects of Information Technology (IT) for business, financial, technical service, and other professional service projects.
• Operational knowledge in IT is necessary to support resolution of IT and system problems, apply to assignments, and meet completion dates. Essential duties and responsibilities may include working under supervision to support and maintain government computer systems.
• Troubleshoot, track, and resolve end user support requests and assist with the delivery of technology solutions. Comply with Federal regulations, policies, codes, and security and safety standards.
• Provide assistance related to technical design, construction, and technology solutions. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents for review and approval.
