Job summary

4over is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support our Technology and eCommerce teams. This role plans, coordinates, and executes projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, PMP or CAPM certification, and strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business or technology initiatives.
• PMP or CAPM certification from Project Management Institute.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Break large initiatives into actionable tasks and maintain project momentum.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and provide regular reporting on project progress.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, decision summaries, and executive-ready presentations when needed.
• Partner with business and technical teams to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources across multiple departments to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners when applicable.
• Support teams through changing priorities while maintaining focus on business objectives.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks early, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues that impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Recommend improvements to project management processes, tools, and workflows.
• Promote project management best practices across the organization.

What We're Looking For
