Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that have a direct impact on the organization. In this role, you will drive complex projects across multiple workstreams, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented professional with strong project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
• Drive project execution based on defined priorities, ensuring deliverables, timelines, governance, and quality standards are achieved.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively mitigating or escalating them as appropriate.
• Manage upstream and downstream impacts across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop, document, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans throughout the project lifecycle, including design, planning, testing, implementation, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Apply structured problem-solving techniques to resolve challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
• Partner with business leaders and project stakeholders to provide both strategic guidance and tactical execution support.
• Build strong relationships with Product, Technology, Business Analysis, Process Excellence, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting, partnering with, or interacting with internal business clients.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Relationship Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Relationship Management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Management certifications.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Experience driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
