Role

We are seeking a high‑impact IT Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide technology initiatives and help elevate project delivery capabilities. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for driving complex projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivering measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage project plans, charters, and resource strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Drive clear accountability across project teams.
  • Partner with business and technical leaders to define requirements and success metrics.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable project plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Influence decisions and build alignment across business and finance.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Facilitate governance processes such as stage gates, checkpoints, and reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development and maturity of the PMO framework.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Track spend and ensure financial accountability across initiatives.
  • Support prioritization and capacity planning.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–8 years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑level, cross‑functional projects.
  • Experience with ERP implementations strongly preferred.

Technical & Methodology

  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid models).
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Leadership & Management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and decision‑making skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
