Job summary

4over is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting Technology and eCommerce teams. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates across departments, and excels at managing multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP or CAPM certification from Project Management Institute.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting Technology, eCommerce, Digital, or Software Development projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously from planning through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across Technology, eCommerce, Marketing, Operations, and other business teams.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution.
• Break large initiatives into actionable tasks and maintain project momentum.
