Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with proven experience in Oracle Utilities implementations — particularly in Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Customer to Meter (C2M), Customer Care & Billing (CCB), and Customer Information Systems (CIS).

The role involves leading large-scale Oracle Utilities delivery programs, ensuring successful execution against scope, timelines, and quality objectives. This position plays a critical part in driving the success of Oracle Utilities transformation engagements and ensuring client satisfaction across all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Utilities implementations (CCS, C2M, CCB, CIS).
• Define and manage comprehensive IT delivery plans — including scope, resource allocation, schedules, cost, and quality — in alignment with Oracle Utilities methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, functional, and integration workstreams (Billing, Customer Management, Field Services, etc.).
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective mitigation strategies across Oracle Utilities modules.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements, compliance standards, and Oracle Utilities best practices.
• Partner with client stakeholders (IT, business, and product owners) to align project deliverables with strategic program goals.
• Oversee execution within Scaled Agile frameworks while maintaining governance over traditional SDLC milestones.
• Track progress and performance against project baselines; maintain Oracle Utilities-specific documentation including charters, blueprints, RAID logs, and cutover plans.
• Guide teams through UAT, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring smooth transitions and effective knowledge transfer.
• Serve as the single point of contact for project communications, delivering executive-level updates and insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing Oracle Utilities delivery frameworks and internal best-practice repositories.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA preferred; PMP and/or Scrum Master certification strongly desired.
• 10+ years of overall project management experience, including 6+ years managing Oracle Utilities implementations (CCS, C2M, CCB, or CIS).
• Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional global teams across multiple Oracle Utilities delivery tracks.
• Extensive experience across the full lifecycle of Oracle Utilities programs — from requirements and design through deployment and post-production support.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies, with demonstrated ability to operate effectively in hybrid environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills for managing client relationships and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and international clients is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to client locations, including internationally, as required.
