Veterans Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead our technology infrastructure, secure assets, and optimize systems across New England locations including Worcester, MT, and ND. You will oversee IT staff, drive cybersecurity, and coordinate with the Director of Operations on the technology roadmap.
The role involves travel to Veterans Inc. locations, management of Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, and network equipment, and ensuring operational excellence in a nonprofit environment.

As a national leader in veteran services, we are currently seeking a dynamic IT Manager who will lead our technology infrastructure, secure our digital assets, and optimize the systems that empower our frontline teams to deliver immediate resources to our nation's heroes.
This role will lead and support our technology infrastructure across multiple New England locations and in Montana and North Dakota. Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations, you will oversee a dedicated team of IT Technicians and an IT Technician Lead. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence, maintain robust system security, and guide our technology roadmap to support long‑term growth, efficiency, and mission delivery.
This individual would be based out of the 69 Grove Street, Worcester, MA location but will be required to travel throughout New England.
Lead incident response strategies and staff security awareness training. Maintain network diagrams and infrastructure maps, and ensure licensing compliance.
