Job summary

Roseman University of Health Sciences seeks an experienced Information Systems Technician to join our Technology Services team. You will support critical university information systems, SQL databases, and enterprise applications across student, finance, and clinical systems.

You’ll configure servers, develop reports, analyze requirements, and assist with testing, documentation, and upgrades. The role emphasizes security, collaboration, and ongoing learning in a healthcare education setting.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience supporting information systems, hardware, networking, and security.
• Certifications such as A+, Server+, Security+, or equivalent experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Experience in a higher education and/or clinical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep Critical Systems Running: Support and maintain university information systems (Student, Finance, Financial Aid, Advancement, and Patient).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, database, network, and printing issues; perform routine maintenance on servers, SQL databases, and enterprise apps.
• Train & Support the Roseman Community: provide technical support to students, faculty, staff, and residents; lead system training sessions.
• Strengthen Security & Operational Excellence: support security apps, access controls, configurations, and integrations; document processes.
