Qualifications

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety, platform policy, product policy, government, law, human rights, technology policy, or related field.
• Knowledge in misinformation, election integrity, civic integrity, identity deception, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Excellent writing, editing, and executive communication skills to turn complex topics into clear materials.
• Strong policy judgment with the ability to reason across multiple issue areas, contexts, and risk trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine Information Integrity policies to be clear, consistent, and operational for downstream teams.
• Collaborate with Policy Scaling, Regional Policy, and Product teams to improve content policies and enforcement processes.
• Engage with Legal and Public Policy teams to ensure regulatory compliance and advise on potential new regulations.
• Act as a global escalation point and align stakeholders for emergency policy decisions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and design policies to address emerging issues.
