Job summary

You will be the lead SME, coordinating with Product, Enforcement, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and other stakeholders to ensure clear, implementable policies aligned with platform safety goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in trust, safety, or policy-related field.
• Deep knowledge of misinformation, election integrity, or civic integrity.
• Excellent writing and executive communication skills.
• Strong policy judgment across issues and risk trade-offs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, and operations.
• Experience developing policy frameworks or governance docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and iteration of global information integrity policies.
• Mentor policy managers as seniormost IC.
• Collaborate with Enforcement, Operations, Product to improve moderation systems.
• Engage with Legal and Public Policy on regulations and requests.
• Engage with external stakeholders and align stakeholders for emergency policy decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and design policies to address them.
