Job summary

A tech solutions company is seeking an Infor Workforce Management Technical Consultant to work with customers providing technical expertise for cloud implementations. This remote role requires technical knowledge of InforWFM software and strong communication skills. Role Objective

Infor Technical Consultants work as part of the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Development team or individually, providing current technical experience and Infor software expertise during cloud implementations or redesigns.

Essential Functions

The Infor WFM Technical Consultant works with our customers and client staff providing technical expertise for integration development and report design. Infor development tool responsibilities include Process Flow/IPA, Infor ION, Groovy scripting and Cognos reporting.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with the development and updating of internal toolsets, methodologies, best practices and mentoring of fellow consultants as assigned. The Infor WFM Technical Consultant may be engaged to provide subject matter expertise for marketing initiatives or during the sales process providing input to project scope and approach.

Supervisory Responsibilities

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Required Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of the InforWFM software
• Full or partial suite implementation and/or migration experience preferred within Infor WFM applications.
• Experience developing SOAP and REST-based web service.
• Strong technical, system administration, configuration and integration acumen with an understanding of principles, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Attention to detail to document system processes and configuration accurately and effectively.
• Requirements gathering and specification creation for integrations.
• Ability to work as part of a team with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to support multiple projects/workstreams.
• Proficiency with MS Office(Outlook, Excel, Word,Visio).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years prior consulting experience preferred.
• Infor certification preferred.
• Cognos or similar reporting tool.
• Infor WFM Time Keeping experience.

Travel Requirements

Remote

A combination of home office and on-site client work environment.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
